Alongside providing CPD that is open to all optometrists, I run smaller CPD workshops that focus on all aspects of cataract surgery. These are Cataract Clubs that take place in the regions of South Wales and are open to members of the Club. Joining the Club is free of charge, as is attendance at the Club CPD events. Members have an opportunity to request certain topics for discussion, bring cases for review and wider group comment, and stay updated on the very latest developments in the field of cataract and refractive cataract practice. The ultimate aim is to share knowledge and optimise the care for our patients.
