IN THIS VIDEO, PROF MOHAMMED MUHTASEB DISCUSSES HOW HE HELPS PATIENTS FIND AN OPTOMETRIST CLOSE TO HOME

“Your location is inconvenient for me”

For some patients, travelling to our clinic and surgical locations in Cardiff or Swansea can be a negative consideration as they live some distance from us.

I have a network of optometrists across South Wales.

I’d like to reassure such patients that I have a network of optometrists across South Wales with whom I have very good working relationships through my work in education for ophthalmologists and my work as a consultant in South Wales. It’s possible for us to work with your optometrist preoperatively and postoperatively to ensure that as much of your preop and postop care is undertaken by your optometrist with visits to my practice either in Cardiff or Swansea only when it’s absolutely necessary that we meet face to face in person.

I invite you to book a consultation to determine your suitability for one of my treatments and to have an in-depth discussion regarding the risks and benefits. I look forward to seeing you there and taking you through the journey to achieving your desired postoperative outcome.
